I received my degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy from Regis University. I enjoy working with a diverse population of adults, children and teens dealing with life issues ranging from depression to post-traumatic stress, victims of abuse, homeless transitioning to parenting frustrations and behavior management. Growth occurs one step at a time and that knowledge of process and circumstances leads to more effective decision-making. I have a passion for assisting victims of abuse (sexual, physical, neglect) in healing and "growing through" to a successful and healthy life.
